1. Products:

·         Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality.

·         Measurements (if applicable and available) are given as a guide. If you are uncomfortable, please do not proceed as 1 Red Egg is unable to do an exchange.

·         If the product is out of stock, 1 Red Egg will do a full refund to your account within 1 weeks after the pre-order has closed.

2. Payment:

·         1 Red Egg only accepts Internet Banking and ATM transfers.

·         Payment must be received before the pre-order closes.

·         Please note that all ATM transfers must be accompanied by a scan/photo of the receipt.

·         Orders will only be taken after the payment is received.

·         No change/refund of a product will be entertained after the payment is made.

3. Waiting time:

·         1 Red Egg aims to deliver the items 2 weeks (estimated) after the closing date. Please order only if you are able to wait. As the festive season draws nearer, we may be a little under staff and we seek your understanding in case of a slight delay. We are targeting to start despatching your items on 15/12/14.

4. Postage:

For parcels that can fit into the SingPost Standard/Non-Standard Mail conditions:

·         It is most advisable to opt for registered mail as 1 Red Egg will not take responsibility of lost mails.

For self-collection:

·         If you are unable to do a self-collection, please opt for courier service or Singpost Mail service. Our Self collection date will be on 16/12/14, 530pm to  8pm. Location will be at Irving Place (behind Tai Seng MRT Station) .

For courier service:

·         The Courier Service rate of $7.00 is fixed regardless of the size of your parcel.

·         1 Red Egg is unable to allow customers to request for specific delivery time. Delivery time strictly depends on routes scheduled by drivers. 

.         We target to start dispatching from 17/12/14 onwards. We will contact you when your purchases have arrived.
.         If a recipient is not present upon arrival, an additional surcharge of $5.00 is applicable for another trip. 

·         If a recipient is not present upon arrival and requests the driver to leave the parcels at the doorstep, 1 Red Egg shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase.
