How to Order

  There is no minimum total orders for the pre-order to start.

You don't like SPAM mail, so do we! In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, we respect your privacy. All contact details entered will serve as a communication platform to alert and update you on your Pre-Order purchases. Unless requested not to, we would like to periodically send our product updates web mailers to you after the Pre-Order has ended. Rest assure that all details are kept confidential and will only be used solely by 1 RED EGG for its marketing purposes.

3. You will receive an email from 1 Red Egg stating the total amount to pay (including postage/courier fee) thereafter.
Note: If you have chosen ‘Normal Mail’ or ‘Registered Mail’ as the mode of delivery, we will advise if your items can be sent by SingPost and the rates to pay.  We strongly encourage you to NOT to opt for ‘Normal Mail’ as you are unable to track the status of your parcel and it is common for them to be lost/delayed especially during the festive season.

4. Make your payment to DBS Current 005-903699-7 within the next 48hrs upon receipt of the email confirmation.
 Note: Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received after 48hrs. If you are purchasing on the pre-order closing day, please ensure that 1 Red Egg receives your payment before 8pm.

5.       Email / SMS  / Whatsapp us with the ibanking transfer details or attach the receipt for all ATM transfers
